The game

Mythic Realms is a single-player, turn-based strategy game. A set of Realms is free to play; the remaining Realms can be unlocked individually, all together as a one-time purchase, or through the Mythic Pro subscription, which also enables language-model rivals. Prices are shown in the App Store and Google Play in your local currency before you buy.

Purchases and subscriptions

• Purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Mythic Pro renews automatically at the interval shown at purchase until cancelled. Cancel at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• The one-time all-Realms unlock is permanent for the account that bought it and does not include Mythic Pro.
• Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover what you own on a new device.

Mythic Pro rivals

Smart rivals depend on a third-party language-model service. We work to keep it available but cannot guarantee it; when it is unreachable, the built-in AI plays the rival's turn and the match continues. Rival play quality may vary between matches.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play the app on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the app or its art, music, text or data, or use them to train or build another product. All artwork, names, lore and the Mythic Realms mark are ours or licensed to us.

Fair play

Leaderboard and achievement submissions go through Game Center or Google Play Games. Tampering with saves, entitlements or submissions may lead to your scores being removed by those services.

Independence

Mythic Realms implements mechanics in the style of The Battle of Polytopia, independently, with original art, names, lore, sounds and code. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the makers of The Battle of Polytopia. Realm lore consists of fictional interpretations inspired by historical cultures, religious traditions, literature and folklore, and makes no claim to be a reconstruction of any of them.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app and website are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes and termination

We may update the app, change or retire features, and revise these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the app. We may end your licence if you break these terms.
